TAM COC, VIETNAM

Sunday, 25 September 2016

We jumped on the train in Hanoi and made our way down south to Tam Coc in the Ninh Binh Province for three full days. Tam Coc, at least in my opinion, was one of the most beautiful places that we visited in Vietnam - limestone mountains amid peaceful rice paddies. It was like being transported back in time.

OUR FIRST HOME

Monday, 5 September 2016
For family and those who are friends on Facebook, this isn't the latest of news, but it definitely had to be documented on the blog.. WE BOUGHT A HOUSE! Woohoo!

We put in our offer and closed on it back in March on this beautiful property on the Coast, and then moved in early May. It's incredibly exciting and we are so grateful to have our own home that we can create lasting memories. The above is just a sneak preview of the house as there is SO MUCH that we want to document with DIY, renovations and other exciting projects.

HA LONG BAY, VIETNAM

Saturday, 3 September 2016
Our next stop in our adventures around Vietnam was the beautiful and serene Ha Long Bay, and even though we didn't spend that long, it was definitely memorable and action-packed.

HANOI, VIETNAM

Thursday, 1 September 2016

Back in June, myself and Dylan packed our 35L backpacks (which was incredibly hard, but surprisingly possible – for myself at least) and headed over to the intensely beautiful and chaotic Vietnam for two glorious weeks away from the “real world”. I’ve finally sorted through the photos and will be sharing them over the next couple weeks, destination by destination, as a bit of a photo diary.
